Our Association was formed in 1993:

to represent and protect the interests of Rondebosch and Rosebank residents
to comment on building plans requiring departures, applications for rezonings and subdivisions, liquor licence applications etc
to comment on draft by-laws and regulations
to liaise with the SAPS re security problems eg subways and vagrants, and receive and consider regular reports on crime
to raise with Council any amenity problems residents may face eg. re roads, drains, repair of potholes, street lighting etc
represents residents on liaison committees such as the of "Friends of Rondebosch Common"
to alert Council of perpetrators dumping rubble, squatting and other anti-social behaviour
to represent residents on the Ward Forum at Local Government
